Today, we got an inquiry from our customer asking for 500Watt LED high bay light

Project: 1750 Square-meters hangar construction lighting

The Expectation:

Customer want to use10-15pcs 500W LED high bay light to achieve 300lux for hangar lighting, reduce Carbon dioxide emission, cut down maintenance cost and save energy bill.

Installation height:7.5 meters

The solution:

In view of 500W LED high bay light cost high, we check our 200W LED high bay light for our customer. According to the lighting simulation, 200W LED high bay light is a better choice for hangar project. Also copper heat pipe heat sink design as 500Watt LED high bay lights, smart lamp thermal management, 5 years warranty.

Total 30pcs LED high bay light 200Watt for this hangar construction, 330lx, no dark area. 

Save money, and only 60.36kWh/day (Base on operation 10hrs per day). Estimated the return on investment is around 14 months after installation of LED high bay light.
